As we find ourselves in these very strange times, I really wanted to thank everyone for your positive attitudes towards the current situation. The way you have all dealt with and handled it has been tremendous. I do not think any of us ever imagined it would become a huge worldwide crisis when it first started back in February.

We are all very lucky to work for a company who are in a very stable position and who are forward thinking enough to have made the decisions they have done for the greater good of all the team members. We had a great start to the year and I am taking this period as a slight blip in the long successful road we have ahead where we will come back far stronger moving forward.

Across all three Regions, we have a small team of Managers working very hard in the background to ensure everyone has the best chance of coming back to a successful business when the lock down lifts and we are allowed back into the offices. The Managers are speaking to all Sellers and Landlords on a two week cycle as well as sending out letters to all customers keeping them up to date with what is going on. Despite the lock down, we are still getting numerous requests for online valuations / consultations and viewings showing appetite is still there for people to do some business with us once we are fully back open.

I want to ask that you all continue to stay safe and enjoy some time with your families and be ready to get back to business as soon as we are advised it is safe to do so.
